Kodak Discrimination?

November 12, 2010
Liberty Walkers,

It has been drawn to our attention that Kodak, the camera company known for its trademark "moments," has pulled its sponsorship for the popular teen show, Degrassi: the Next Generation. Why is this relevant to Liberty Walk? Apparently, several complaints were sent to the company as of late, claiming that the television program "promoted homosexuality among teenagers." The story was recently commented on by Adamo Ruggiero, an actor known for his roll as Marco Del Rossi on Degrassi. Many fans of the show were outraged by Kodak's unjust actions.
Our question for you is this: Did Kodak have a right to pull their sponsorship, along with dozens of advertisements for the television show or was this out of line? See the "Share your Opinion!" tab for more information on how you can get your voice heard.
